When to visit:-

Dubai gets horribly hot following the month of April. It is advisable to take a trip during the period of November to March.

Visa Requirements:-

Indians are required to obtain a visa for UAE beforehand. Passport of India with more than 6 months expiry is necessary. Holders of the Indian Passport along with a US visa or Green Card are permitted a visa even on arrival in UAE.

Twice the height of New York’s Empire State Building, the needle-shaped Burj Khalifa soars over the city of Dubai at an impressive height of 2,716 feet. 160 storeys out of the 200 are habitable, and on the 124th floor, through an outdoor observation deck, you get a magnificent view of the perfectly lit up city. On the 148th floor, you have the world’s highest restaurant, Atmosphere. At the base of this commendable construction, there is The Dubai Fountain which is an enthralling music and sound show of dancing water along with boating and other aquatic performances.

‘Shop ’til you drop’ in the world’s largest retail destination! This is the perfect place for fashion lovers with 1,200 retail stores ranging from Armani to Zara, and haute couture at the Fashion Avenue by top designers. If you are not a shopaholic, you can simply wander about in the 1.1 sqm complex and enjoy the ubiquitous entertainment shows. There is also an aquarium and an underwater zoo with rays and sharks swimming over your heads.
